Sav-On has been in business since 1986.  We are a wholesale company located in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and sell world-wide to stores, businesses, and individuals.  We have no membership fees, or any minimum purchase, other than what is shown in the case quantity.

1. Shop for your items on our website and add them to your cart.

5. Enter your new US address supplied by Bongo as both your BILLING & SHIPPING Address.

Placing an Order:

Why can't I save my cart?
The most common reason your cart will fail to save is related to the cookie settings in your browser. For information on cookies and how to adjust your settings, please visit our cookie information page.

Do you have a catalog that can be mailed to me via the US Postal System?
We do not have a printed catalog as it would be outdated by the time it arrived.  Our products change constantly and by the time you received it, the products could be sold out.

How do I order more than 1 (one) of an item?
To order more than one item is really simple; select the item you want, and enter the quantity that you want - but remember they are case quantities.

Or if you have your "View Cart" page up and decide to order more of an item, then just follow the instructions on the page to add an item.  When you change the quantity, highlight the current quantity number in the little window, type in your new quantity number, and then "push" the "Update Cart" button and your sub total will automatically update.

Order Information:

Why is something not available after I saw it on your site and placed my order?
There are various reasons why some items are not available after you order:

  • We are a close-out company, and if someone places an order ahead of you, the item could be "out" by the time your order is placed.  We try to keep our web-site up to date, but sometimes this happens.

  • We may only have a limited supply left and someone ahead of you ordered the remaining stock.

  • You may have a page book marked or marked as a favorite, which is stored on your hard drive and Not from the website which is Not updated as it would be if taken directly from the links on our home page.

  • Your credit card might have insufficient funds.  By the time we contact you and get another card number, the item can sell out.

Why haven't I received my order when I thought it should be delivered?

Please allow 7 to 14 days to receive your order

There are a few reasons why this could happen:

  • Delays do occur in shipping, so wait one more day.  If there is a weekend involved, wait till your delivery time on Monday and see if the items arrive.
    You will receive an e-mail with your FedEx tracking number.

Return Policy:

After you receive an order you have 7 days to look it over. If you are not satisfied with your order please contact us before making any returns. We will attempt to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. In the case of a return you will need to send the order back in new condition. Returns must be insured and shipped at YOUR cost. We are not responsible for returns not received. We strongly suggest that you ship returns via UPS as they provide a tracking number free of charge. Claims for orders damaged in shipment must be filed with the carrier. If we make a mistake with your order let us know and we will issue a call tag (return pick-up), credit your account, or do what we can to make you happy.

Tips & Hints:

Yes, there are.  Here are a few:

  • Do not book mark or mark as a favorite any other page to our site than the home page.  Your computer could store old information and not show you the latest updated information from our site.

  • When searching for an item, you can use the link on the top or bottom of the page "Search!" to use the search feature. You can type in a product number, and hit enter or you can type in a select word and any products with that word in the title should show up.
    If you are looking for a specific product, the exact name must be used to find it, or you can try one of the words from the title you are looking for.  Remember that if you type in some words, you might get a list of products in different product categories and not just the one you are looking for.  

  • If you click on a picture or information under the display picture, you will see more information and a larger picture.

  • The SRP in the description stands for Suggested Retail Price and that is what is the manufacturer's suggested price when sold at retail.

  • Size shows the quantity of items per case.

  • Some times it looks like the page is not all there, or comes up empty, some times you may get an error message, what do you do?
    Wait a few minutes and see if it loads, if not or there is an error, then Refresh the page or Reload it.  Sometimes by using your Back Button, and then clicking the link again, it might clear itself.

  • Selling to Others  You may sell our products on the web from your own site or through auction services such as E-Bay, Yahoo! or Amazon.  We are a closeout company and items sell out at a regular basis. We suggest you place this statement on your auction or site page:

    "Items may sell out without notice."
